A Little Class on Forgiveness

This series is offered to anyone who has something to forgive - in herself or others or both.  Forgiveness is one of the most profoundly simple, yet painfully difficult things we may ever do in our lives.   It may make the difference between living a life of agony or inner peace.

In our journals, we will explore our path to forgiveness, our blocks and our resistance.  The teachings of Jesus and the writings of Carolyn Myss, Patrick Miller and Henri Nouwen will be studied throughout the class.  Although class participation is welcomed, all work may be done privately in a journal.

Susan Conrady, M.A., is a hypnotherapist and psychosynthesis practitioner.  She facilitates women's growth groups, teaches classes with a personal and spiritual growth emphasis, and works with individuals.

Cost: $60.   Please make reservations.
