A Relationship Awareness Program

This program teaches us to avoid negative interactions and to create harmonious encounters with self and others.  It is a day for discovery of self and the "Relationship Awareness Theory" which gives insights into why we act the way we do and the consequences of that behavior.

The theory assumes that all of us want to feel good about ourselves and that our behavior, our motivation, our striving is dedicated to achieving this reward; and that we all want successful spiritual, creative lives.

Insights gained through the exercises are immediately applicable and engage us in a process of being creatively in the present with an open mind.

During the workshop we learn how overdoing a strength becomes a weakness and leads to conflict; how to recognize personal stress signals; how to recognize blocks to communication; how to turn conflict into cooperation and sustain a feeling of self-worth; how to function effectively on a team; and how to handle conflict.

Anne Lebowitz, Executive Director of Relationship Awareness Programs, is a trainer, lecturer, teacher, consultant and private practitioner in child, family and individual consoling.
