Self-Esteem, Soul & Spirituality

How would our lives be different if we were living more from a place of self-acceptance and self-appreciation?  What does it mean to live "soulfully"?  What keeps us from embracing the Divinity within us?  These questions and more will be explored in this 6-week process group for women.  Time will be spent on releasing personality issues relating to low self worth in order to evolve more fully into our spiritual natures.

To uncover and work with the parts of ourselves wanting to grow, we'll use simple art projects, guided imagery, writing and discussion.  It is done with spontaneous, child-like drawings, pastels or clay.   Experience isn't necessary and there are no right or wrong ways in this supportive environment.

Jodee A. Smith is an expressive arts therapist who has designed and taught Expressive Movement classes, Dance Worship groups, creative drama and Inner Art Growth Groups for 12 years.  She offers practical wisdom, support and playfulness so others can express themselves and open to their inner beauty.
