| Reflection |
| There are times in my life when the way seems clear and I rest in the harmony that comes from being at one with the Truth. But there are also times when I feel lost and empty, fearing that my despairing cry falls on my ears alone. I recall the prayer of Esther: "O Lord, manifest yourself in the time of my distress and give me courage." Today I look for the impediments that I myself place in the way of Truth. I acknowledge the fear and doubt that sometimes close my heart so tightly that I cannot be open to what lies in front of me. I reflect on Jesus' words: ask and you will receive, seek and you will find. With this promise in mind, today I interact with each person and each situation that comes my way in a spirit of faith and trust, seeking to find the lesson in this day's journey. |
