It has been
said that the path to female identity includes losing and then
returning to the girl within. Who is this girl? What deep truths
does she possess? In this group we will explore our individual
paths to identity as well as re-unite with parts we've left behind,
specifically the pre-adolescent girl we once were and the qualities
she embodied: courage, competence, initiative and adventure. We
will explore using verbal and non-verbal means, writing, listening,
sharing, creativity and experiential exercises.
Susan Wagner,
M.A. , Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor
has a private practice in Santa Rosa where she offers affordable
counseling to adults, young people and families. She also teaches
yoga to individuals and groups in Sonoma County. She encourages
people to discover, listen to and move from their own inner wisdom
of the body, mind and heart.
Cost: $90
