Each
of us has our own story about who we are and how we have formed
ourselves in order to live in this world. This story expresses
both our light side - the part of ourselves that reaches out to
live with excitement, energy and curiosity, as well as our dark
side - the part of ourselves that tries to "protect"
us but can instead hold us back from living our lives and dreams.
In
this workshop we will compassionately explore these parts of ourselves
in order to become more aware of how our dark sides can trip us
up, hold us back, and limit our choices. It is by bringing our
dark side into the light of our awareness that we are able to
appreciate how it has served us in the past and how it can now
support us in our desire to live fully and completely.
