| What
rock? The one Jesus tells us to build a house upon? The rock the psalmist sings about? "O God, my rock---" Yes. That one. "I will be standing there in front of you on the rock," the Holy One tells Moses, tells us. Where is it? In the Sinai? In the saint? In us? Like the thirsting throng of Moses' time, we ask, "Is the Lord in our midst or not?" ...back |
