Reflection for July 29, 2015

No matter how hectic or stressful our days are, 
whether we are sitting at our desks or waiting in line,
we have the opportunity to pause and adjust our perspective.
We have the opportunity to be kinder both to ourselves and others.
We have the opportunity to relax and slow down.
And we have the opportunity to refocus.
Even for a minutes or two.
